For over 20 years, LVCT Health has been a driving force in implementing integrated health programs at scale in Kenya and beyond. Our unwavering commitment to a future where health and mental well-being are accessible reflects our vision of empowered, healthy, and resilient communities.
Our Strategy for 2022–2027 is inspired by the need for continued adaptation within the evolving operating context and the importance of collaborative approaches. We remain steadfast in our mission and vision, with an ambition for greater impact that propels us beyond the status quo into new frontiers: expanding our reach and ensuring sustainability.
Universal Access to Equitable, Integrated Health Services
Over the next five years, we will dedicate ourselves to facilitating universal access to equitable, integrated health services for vulnerable, marginalized, and at-risk populations across Kenya.
Our focus will remain on comprehensive HIV and TB prevention, treatment, and related services, alongside sexual and reproductive health and mental health programming in both facility and community settings — while strengthening health systems and utilizing data to inform program priorities.
Partnerships, Innovation, and Institutional Strength
With optimism and determination, we are prepared to confront today’s challenges and expand our partnerships to enhance access to services — through advocacy, research, digital innovation, and investment in our institutional capacity.
